All Healthy Drinks Recipes is a selection of all healthy beverages, healthy cocktails, healthy drinks, healthy juices and healthy smoothies; an icy spritzer to refresh in the summer sun, hot chocolate with a difference to make a soothing pick-me-up and there is redcurrant punch to take the chill off winter evenings.  Nothing like a freshly squeezed fruit juice or made punch that can pep up any time of our day.  Besides being cheaper doing it ourselves, they are healthy, rich in vitamins and depending on the fruits, can also be high in fiber.  In most cases, there will be no need to add any sugar to the healthy beverages or drinks as there will be a lot of natural sweetness coming from the fruits themselves.  However, if desired, the amount of sugar to be added is really up to you.
