Asian Baked Chicken Wings Recipe

(Low Fat Recipe)

Ingredients:  Serves 3, Oven temperature: 180C

6 chicken wings

2 teaspoons curry powder

1 teaspoon ground coriander (cilantro)

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Low fat spray oil

 

Method:

Season chicken with powders, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.  Leave to marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge.  Steam marinated chicken wings for 5 - 7 minutes, then drain well.  Heat baking tray in the preheated oven.  Remove tray from oven and apply spray oil.  Arrange chicken wings on tray, then apply spray oil over top.  Bake chicken for 10 - 15 minutes, turning every few minutes until they are cooked and golden in color.
