Cucumber Pickle Recipe

(Healthy Food Recipe)

Ingredients:  Serves 10

12 small size cucumber

1 small carrot

2 onions

2 shallots

5 tablespoons vinegar

3 red chilies

1 teaspoon sugar

teaspoon salt

Method:

Peel cucumber and slice thinly.  Slice thinly carrot (lengthwise) or grate it.  Slice thinly onion, shallots and chilies.  Mix all vegetables with vinegar, sugar and salt.  Serve with rice.
