Tandoori Fish Recipe

(Healthy Fish Recipe)

Ingredients:  Serves 5

2 medium size (350g) black pomfret

75ml ( cup) low fat yogurt

1 lime, for juice only

To be blended with cup water:

2 shallots, peeled

2cm ginger, peeled

4 pips garlic, peeled

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

a pinch of cinnamon powder

2 cardamom seeds

teaspoon salt

Method:

Mix fish with the blended ingredients, yogurt, lime juice and salt.  Marinate fish for an hour.  Grill fish in the oven until cooked.
