Articles on Osteoporosis

We should take regular consumption of daily products which are high in calcium in order to replenish our blood calcium. Do not take your bones for granted. One in three women and one in ten men over the age of 50 suffer from osteoporosis (brittle bones). Although often dismissed as a disease of the elderly, it can occur in women in their 20s and 30s, especially if they over-exercise or have had an eating disorder - the seeds of the disease can be sown early in life.
